The apartment is situated in a calm residential neighbourhood, providing a peaceful place to relax while still offering convenient access to the city centre and nearby amenities. Residential parking is available directly next to the building for €4 per day on working days. Parking is free at weekends and on public holidays. The space The apartment is furnished in a modern industrial style and combines comfort, practicality and a welcoming atmosphere. Its quiet location near the centre makes it a convenient choice for both leisure and business stays. A public transport stop, cycle path, train station and bus station are all within easy walking distance. The Technical University and several faculties of the University of Prešov are located nearby, together with cafés, restaurants and grocery shops. Novum Shopping Centre is approximately a five-minute walk away. The larger Eperia Shopping Mall and Solivaria shopping area are located around 2 km from the apartment. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three guests and is suitable for couples, solo travellers and business visitors. Guest access Living room The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a stylish armchair, creating a pleasant space for reading, relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee. Guests can also use free Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Bedroom The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space for clothes and personal belongings. Entrance hallway The generous entrance area is equipped with a coat rack, shoe storage and a large mirror. Comfortable slippers are also provided for guests. Kitchen The modern kitchen is fully equipped for both short and longer stays. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge with freezer. Guests also have access to a complete set of cookware and tableware, a premium DeLonghi Magnifica coffee machine and an electric kettle. Bathroom The industrial-style bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Fresh towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Other things to note Parking is located directly beside the building. On working days, parking is charged at €4 per day in accordance with city parking regulations. Parking is free at weekends and on public holidays. An invoice for the accommodation can be issued upon request. For families travelling with children, we can prepare a cot and a small children’s play area free of charge.
