These terms govern the use of the website, submitting enquiries, communication with Stan Reality, and the basic rules for real estate services unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Website content is for information purposes. We aim to keep property information current and accurate, but availability, price, floor area, technical condition, equipment, and other parameters may change. Only information confirmed in a specific contract or written offer is binding.
Photographs, visualisations, floor plans, and text are used to present offers and may not capture every legal or technical property characteristic.
By sending a form, email, or message through a communication widget, you ask us to contact you back. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create an obligation to enter into a contract or reserve a property.
The client must provide true and complete information needed to prepare an offer, viewing, booking, or contractual documentation.
The amount of any fee, commission, reservation payment, or other service price is determined individually according to the service type and specific written agreement. For short-term rentals, payment terms, dates, cancellation rules, and service scope are governed by the specific offer detail or booking confirmation.
If payment is processed through an external payment provider, that provider’s rules and technical terms also apply.
Stan Reality is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by a client, property owner, or third party. We are also not liable for temporary unavailability of the website, external services, payment gateways, or communication tools.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

A consumer may, after meeting statutory conditions, contact the relevant alternative dispute resolution body. The Slovak Trade Inspection is the residual body for many consumer disputes.
Text, photos, graphics, design, and other website content are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied or used beyond normal website browsing without our consent.
We may reasonably update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
